The term "Service" is defined in the ChatMason Terms of Service, covering all our web-based applications, and services subscribed to under an Order Form or provided by us, and developed, operated, and maintained by our team.

When using the Service, Chatmason processes Personal Data, as a processor, under the direction of our Customers. Our Customers, acting as data controllers, are responsible for complying with regulations or laws requiring notice, disclosure, and/or consent before collecting their User’s Personal Data through the Service.

How long do we keep your Personal Data

We'll also hold onto Usage Data for internal analysis. Usually, we won't keep Usage Data for too long, unless it's necessary for improving our Service's security or functionality, or if we're required by law to keep it longer.

If your account is terminated, Chatmason will remove all User Information, such as passwords, files, and submissions. This deletion will occur between thirty (30) and sixty (60) days after termination, upon the Customer’s request, or if the Customer deletes their workspace within the Service. However, there are exceptions to this rule, such as cases where we need to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce the terms of the Agreement.

How We Store and Secure Personal Data

We take appropriate measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
